Vaccine from Johnson & Johnson
Now available in Germany
As of early May 2021, drug manufacturer Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine is also available in Germany under the name “COVID-19 Vaccine Janssen”. In mid-March 2021, the EMA granted conditional approval for use in the EU. A single dose is sufficient for vaccination. In this country, only vaccination centers have received the vaccine from J&J so far. It is unclear when deliveries will also be made to doctors’ clinics. (Source: KBV, as of 04.05.2021).
German Sign Language (DGS)
All information as videos (streaming)
To better support the Deaf, all texts for medical information, patient history and consent are now available in German Sign Language (DGS). This functionality does not replace the presence of a sign language interpreter. You will find German Sign Language (DGS) in the language overview as a separate selectable language.
Addition of Thai
The language library of aidminutes.vaccine continues to grow. Thai has now been added to the existing languages.
